I would like to take a moment to introduce myself to you and to share my recent Remington Homes experience with you, My name is G. Mazzio and I had the great opportunity to purchase one of your homes at Woodland Green, in Fox Lake, Illinois.

I was in the process of purchasing a home with one of your competitors in Volo, lllinois when I met a salesperson by the name of Judy Offner. It was a late aftemoon in early December at about 5:15p.m. when I made a wrong turn and stumbled upon your model home/sales office for Remington Pointe. Realizing that it was after 5pm already, I asked Judy how late the models were open, Although you had closed at 5pm, she replied enthusiastically, "don't worry about it, just come on in." She gave us a wonderful tour of Remington Pointe and then asked what we thought of it. I told her that I appreciated the tour, but that I was looking for something a little different.

Before I had the chance to leave, Judy began to tell me about Woodland Green and how beautiful that subdivision was. She said that if I would just take a ride to that location, she was sure I would fall in love with it. She did such a terrific job at describing Woodland Green that I decided to make the trip up there. Judy was so correct, I did fall in love.

When I went to Woodland Green, I met Don Schroeder. Don gave me tours of four different homes that were available and I was instantly sold. My experience with Don was a pleasurable one and he made the entire process very easy and precise. Don had the patience of a saint. He took the time to go over every single aspect of the home and answered all of my questions, no matter how many I had.

After all of the papers were signed, it was time for Dawn Stuchl to handle the rest of my transaction. Dawn was so wonderful and professional during the whole process. She assisted me with the considerable amount of questions that I had and answered me with such a positive attitude and always with a smile in her voice.

Once I closed on this home, it was then time for Mark Petersen to handle me and my new home issues. After discussing all the items that needed attention, I explained to Mark that while I do need these repairs to get completed, I have a busy work schedule with very limited ability to break away. We, as yourselves, are in the business of Customer Service and realize that tending to our clients needs is a big responsibility. Because my schedule is oftentimes dictated by the needs of our clients, it is not always easy to break away. Mark was truly fantastic - he was able to schedule all of my repairs in one simple afternoon. Besides being so personable and professional, his ability to organize and coordinate all the trades to minimize any inconvenience to me seemed amazing and was very much appreciated!

As the Director of Client Services at Barrington Engineering Consultants, Ltd., my responsibility is to ensure that our clients' needs are being met on a daily basis. While we may make the entire engineering review and approval process seem effortless to our client, it still takes a lot of planning, coordination, and diligence on our part to make sure it happens that way.

I'm sure the same holds true for Remington Homes. While your staff may make the process seem simple and "easy" to a new homebuyer, I'm certain that it takes a great deal of planning on Mark's end, for example, to make sure that it all comes together to create a great experience for the new homeowner.

I just wanted to let you know what a terrific experience I have had with Remington Homes from start to finish and to make sure that the folks at your company who made a difference were recognized, as they all did a truly outstanding job. Incidentally, I may get the opportunity to experience your company's outstanding customer service allover again as I am considering purchasing another Remington Home (in Johnsburg Remington Grove.)
